Ground floor Annexe with 1 bedroom and large en suite wet room and toilet.
Spacious sitting room/diner, well appointed kitchen, breakfast bar, Utility Room, Terrace, large garden and parking. The ground floor is fully wheelchair accessible.
Facilities: All bed linen, towels and kitchen linen included, although it is requested that guests supply their own beach towels.
Oven, grill & hob, microwave, crockery, glassware & cutlery, cooking utensils, kettle, toaster, washing machine, ironing board and iron.
Flat screen TV with both French and English Channels & DVD player with selection of DVDs,.
Outside dining with automatic awning and BBQ.
The Marais Annexe
The Marais Annexe is a stunning ground floor extension to our gite at Le Pommier and comprises an additional bedroom and spacious en suite wet room and every effort has been made to create versatility for our guests. The bedroom can be configured as a king size double or twin beds if preferred. Both the bedroom and wet room are fully wheelchair accessible and extra disabled facilities eg. Toilet/shower bars and shower chair readily available if required. Please ask for details.

High Season: June, July & August from €1,260.00 per week
Mid Seasons: April, May, September & October from €975.00 per week
All rates include TVA (French VAT) but not local Taxe de sejours and are subject to availability.
